None of the thermostats are visible on the netmoniter? |
- Have you told the Netmonitor how many stats you have on the system?

Check to see if you have connected to the Y & B terminals.

Go over and revise all cabling on the network, make sure there are no cross wires or damaged cables. A fault on any part of the network can bring down the whole system.

If you have a Touchpad on the system be sure to connect the Netmonitor via this unit and not direct to the UH1 wiring center. Two devices trying to talk to the network simultaneously will cause conflict resulting in intermittent behavior.

Have you assigned communications numbers to each of the thermostats?

Working communications is indicated by two inconsistently flashing LEDs located next to the Y & B terminals on the netmonitor circuit board. If you only have a singular flashing LED then no coms is present.
