Question Title Can i connect 2 UH3's to the same Time clock
Yes you can but care has to be taken to prevent back feed and to prevent excessive power being taken from any single  board.
To do this you will need a relay for every additional UH3 you fit, so to fit 4 x UH1's you will need 3 x 230v ac relays. Please see the attached diagram
