We are happy to release our product protocol in order for developers to integrate our products with their own system.
However, developers undertaking such work should note that we are unable to offer support on such projects.

Our version 3 protocol is compatible with all of our Network Touchscreen Thermostats and v3 Slimline Thermostats. In order to tell if you have v3 slimline thermostats. follow these steps.
On the thermostat, press the power key. If you see the frost icon, you have v3. If the thermostat powers off, you have v2. |
