Heatmiser PlusNet
Heatmiser PlusNet provides PC control of our Heatmiser Senior and Plus Boiler Controls. As well as being able to be connected via USB, you can connect to a local area network allowing you to control the entire heating system from any PC on the network.
PlusNet is a Client/Server system.
The Server is designed to run on a Windows PC (XP, Win7 32Bit or 2003/2008 Server) that is permanently powered. Multiple Clients can be installed on the network, each accessing the shared database held on the server. This type of installation provides a more flexible operating environment, enabling multiple users access to the system.
Multi Site Control
A single installation of PlusNet can provide connection of up to 100 locations - ideal for HVAC installers looking to provide a monitoring service to their clients.
Direct / LAN or Internet Access
Control the system via USB, over a LAN or via the Internet connection.
Adjust switching times easily
Easily adjust the switching time settings on each Heatmiser Control and copy data between zones.
Override
The override function provides a quick and easy method of overriding the heating in a particular zone. This function allows you to set a desired temperature and override duration, ideal for unscheduled operation of the system.
Temperature Log
The PlusNet server will log the temperature for each zone providing an invaluable temperature profile. History data can be downloaded and used in Excel.
Holiday
Program individual holidays for each site location.
Backup & Restore
PlusNet has the ability to backup the control configuration for each site. In the event of a control error, PlusNet can restore the control configuration to its original state.
Import Control Configuration
During installation, Plusnet will automatically import the control configuration and will setup the PlusNet system accordingly.
PDF Commissioning Form Export
PlusNet can produce PDF commissioning forms that can be used in the handover process.
Site Drawings
Create your own pipe layout drawing for each site and import them into PlusNet. Sensor and relay positions can be placed in the drawing, providing the user and entire overview of the system.
Methods of Connection
Direct: For those wishing to connect to a PC within the same building, direct connection is the method to use. We suggest the Jara 2201D in this environment.
Ethernet: For those wishing to connect over a local area network or internet, we suggest our NC601 adaptor.
