We understand that we have many models and it can be confusing to know which thermostat you have. We have tried to make it easier to find out by detailing the differences here. If you are still unsure, you can always call us on 01254 669090 One thing to know.. You will see -N in the part numbers. -N means the thermostat has network facility, and it means it is powered by 12v. Without the -N means the thermostat is 230v powered. If your thermostat is wired to a UH1, you have the -N models. Button ThermostatsYou need to determine whether you have version 2 or version 3. To do this, follow these steps; On the thermostat, press the power button. If the display goes off, you have version 2. If you see the frost icon, you have version 3. Version 2 If you have version 2, you need to look in the obsolete manual folder as these models are now not sold. You need to determine the model you have, here is how you can tell; Checking the model... On the thermostat, check for the following;
