We understand that we have many models and it can be confusing to know which thermostat you have. We have tried to make it easier to find out by detailing the differences here. If you are still unsure, you can always call us on 01254 669090

One thing to know..

You will see -N in the part numbers. -N means the thermostat has network facility, and it means it is powered by 12v. Without the -N means the thermostat is 230v powered.

If your thermostat is wired to a UH1, you have the -N models.

Button Thermostats

You need to determine whether you have version 2 or version 3. To do this, follow these steps;

On the thermostat, press the power button. If the display goes off, you have version 2. If you see the frost icon, you have version 3.

Version 2

If you have version 2, you need to look in the obsolete manual folder as these models are now not sold.

You need to determine the model you have, here is how you can tell;

Checking the model...

On the thermostat, check for the following;

• No clock shown - You have the DT / DT-N V2
• Timer On/Off or HW On/Off shown - You have the PRTHW / PRTHW-N V2
• Clock Shown - You have the PRT / PRT-N V2
• Clock Shown and when you press A for 5 seconds, you see Floor Temp, you have PRT-E / PRT-EN V2

Version 3

If you have version 3, you need to look in the manual folder as these models are currently on sale.

You need to determine the model you have, here is how you can tell;

Checking the model...

On the thermostat, check for the following;

• No clock shown - You have the DT / DT-N V3
• Timer On/Off or HW On/Off shown - You have the PRTHW / PRTHW-N V3
• Clock Shown - You have the PRT / PRT-N V3
• Clock Shown and when you press A for 5 seconds, you see Floor Temp, you have PRT-E / PRT-EN V3

Touchscreen Thermostats

Checking the model...

On the thermostat, check for the following;

• No clock shown - You have the DT-TS / DT-NTS
• Timer On/Off or HW On/Off shown - You have the PRTHWTS / PRTHW-NTS V3
• Clock Shown - You have the PRTTS / PRT-NTS
• Clock Shown and Floor Button shown, you have PRT-ETS / PRT-ENTS V3
• Clock Shown and Floor Temp Indication shown, you have PRT-ETS / PRT-ENTS V3

Wireless Button Thermostats

Checking the model...

First check the receiver;

Do you see a "Limit LED" - You have either the DT-EW or PRT-EW

On the thermostat, check the following;

• No clock shown - you have the DT-W or the DT-EW
• Clock shown - you have the PRT-W or PRT-EW
• Clock shown and HW On/Off - you have the PRTHW-W

On the thermostat, check the following;

• No clock shown - you have the DT-WTS or the DT-EWTS
• Clock shown - you have the PRT-WTS or PRT-EWTS
• Clock shown and HW On/Off - you have the PRTHW-WTS
